Shipping Policy

At KittyOnly.com, we want you to know exactly what to expect when you order a self-cleaning litter box. Because we ship directly from our global warehouses (primarily in China) to keep costs low, please allow for the shipping times listed below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • How long does it take to prepare my order? All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed .

  • Note: During this time, our team (via Dropshipman) performs quality inspections and packs your item securely. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Domestic & International Shipping (Estimated Delivery)

Once processed, delivery times depend on your location and the courier (e.g., YunExpress, DHL, or USPS) .

  • United States:

    • Economy (Standard): 7 – 15 business days

    • Express (DHL/UPS): 3 – 8 business days (available at checkout)

  • Canada / United Kingdom / Australia:

    • Standard: 10 – 20 business days

    • Express: 5 – 10 business days

  • Rest of World:

    • 15 – 30 business days (varies by customs)

Important Warning for 2026: Due to recent changes in international trade laws, packages entering the USA may require additional customs processing, which can cause delays of 2-5 extra days .

3. Shipping Costs

We offer competitive rates based on weight and destination:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $49.99 to the US and UK.

  • Standard Rate: Calculated at checkout (usually 4.99−4.999.99 for small items).

  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (costs vary based on weight).

Note for KittyOnly Customers: While we use Dropshipman’s network for fulfillment, we never charge hidden handling fees.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Important: Tracking numbers may take 2-5 days to show movement in the system while the package travels from the warehouse to the local courier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU vs. DDP)

Since we ship from international warehouses, please be aware of your country’s import laws .

  • For US Customers (Important Update): As of 2026, the "De Minimis" rule (import tax exemption for packages under $800) is being phased out .

    • What this means: You may be charged a small import duty or handling fee by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) upon delivery.

    • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

  • For EU/UK Customers: VAT (Value Added Tax) may be collected at checkout depending on your location. If not collected, you are responsible for paying it to release the package.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Processing Delays: If your order has not been shipped within 5 business days, please contact us immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking has not updated for more than 20 business days (USA) or 30 business days (International), please email us. We will file an investigation with Dropshipman. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address. If a package is returned to sender due to a customer-provided wrong address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send it .
