Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
At KittyOnly.com, we want you and your cat to love our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • What we need: Photos of the damaged area and the outer shipping box.

  • Resolution: We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund. You will not need to ship the damaged item back.

Refunds (How it works)

  1. Contact Us: Email us at kittyonly.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return.

  2. The "No-Return" Process: Because we ship from global warehouses, you generally do not need to ship the item back to us. Returning items to our facilities costs more than the product itself. Once approved, we will simply refund your purchase price.

  3. Timing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-5 additional days for your bank to post the credit.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank. If you’ve done all of this and have not received your refund, please contact us at kittyonly.com/pages/contact.

Shipping Costs

  • For defective/incorrect items: We cover the cost (we refund your original shipping).
